Jason Marianoff purchased his first property privately at age 20, thanks to a flexible owner giving him 10% vendor finance. Jason’s gratitude for this opportunity inspired him to “pay it forward”, keen to assist others with creative solutions to suit their situation.
An avid believer in the Golden Rule, Jason thrives on creating the best outcome possible for all involved. Jason’s experience, lateral thinking and genuine desire to see others succeed has added millions of dollars of value to properties and their owners. |

Jason Marianoff established Creative Vision Developments Pty Ltd in 2006 for the purpose of acquiring and developing land in South-East Queensland. A variety of project types and locations have since been undertaken, including:
